Stillman College played and took two yesterday afternoon in SIAC women’s softball competition, running their conference win streak to 10 consecutive and 12 in a row overall. Stillman shout out Fort Valley State 9-0 and Claflin 10-4 in the double header.

The Tigers trailed Claflin 2-1 in the top of the second inning, but Braughton hit a three-run home run to give Stillman a 4-2 lead. Stillman scored four more runs in the third and two more in the fourth to take a 10-2 lead. Claflin scored a run in the top of the fifth and seventh innings for the final score. (Tuscaloosa News)
