Former Langston Head Football Coach Named to OK African-American Educators Hall of Fame

Former Langston University head football coach Willie Hurte will be inducted into the Oklahoma African-American Educators Hall of Fame, the Associated Press is today reporting. A Langston alumnus, Hurte will be honored for his more than 45 years in the Oklahoma Department of Education and Oklahoma City School System.
