Savannah State Upward Bound Program to Receive $3 Million Grant

Savannah State University’s Upward Bound program will receive $3 million beginning June 2013. The college prep program provides financial aid, tutoring, and counseling to students from low-income households.
The grant funding will be spread over a five-year period.
