Student Who Threatened Cheyney Campus via Twitter Out On Bail

A Cheyney University student who sent Twitter messages threatening a “Virginia Tech/Columbine-like” incident on campus has been released on $250,000 bail.
Sean Kennedy Kirk, 26, is barred from the campus without approval from university officials, and faces a preliminary hearing on June 21. A condition of his bail has also blocked him from accessing Twitter.
