UMES Student Killed in Car Crash Identified, Classmates Plan Vigil

The Daily Times is reporting that 19-year-old Devin Aaron Clay was the University of Maryland Eastern Shore student killed in a car crash last night. Students at UMES are planning a vigil for Clay and for Kandace Sewell, a UMES junior who was injured in the single-vehicle crash.
Clay, a sophomore, was a native of Upper Marlboro, MD.
